Salon Apprentice Program
We want you to be successful! Setting you up for success is the reason for our training program. Once you graduate from school, it can be intimidating. We set a clear path for you to get paid as you learn and have mentors to coach you along the way. We will provide you with all the tools to build confidence, how to use correct verbiage to use behind the chair to make your consultations go smoothly and we train you on styling, cutting and hair color. The best is our training program is based individually on you. Which means you can graduate to a chair at your own pace.

We have a team that does your bookings, handles your social media, collects client payment, schedules appointments and rebooks, does laundry and cleans the salon daily. You can even use our salon assistants when they are available!

We believe in a healthy work and home life which we allow you to make your own schedule. You don't have clients on your scheduled day? You don't need to come in. Want to go on vacation? Yes, you need one and we will accommodate your schedule. Need to go to your child's after school activity? Your child comes first and we will make that happen!
No Suite, Booth Rent, Color Fees Or Backbar Fees
Our industry has become expensive and it's harder than ever to be an independant stylist. Let us take all the financial pressure off you by becoming a W-2 employee. As a W-2 employee, you have stronger financing available so you can get a nice apartment rental, buy a home or buy or lease a car. When you are a W-2 employee, the salon pays a portion of your taxes for you therefore, you won't be stressed when your quarterly taxes are due.
Front Desk, Social Media And Cleaning Staff
It's hard enough trying to work behind the chair then you add scheduling clients, answering the phone, texting clients back, social media, checking out clients , trying to clean the salon and forget trying to get clients in before your vacation, it's all TO MUCH! Once you're off work, you don't want to be bothered. We get it! We believe in giving 100% of yourself at work and going home to focus on your family. Let us handle all the back end office work, cleaning and let us help with your social media.
